A new carpet, a busy season, and a big thank you

We are really pleased to share some good news. Our brand new Symphony carpet range has arrived, and the reaction so far has been brilliant.

This range is made from polyester, which means it is soft underfoot, hard wearing, and easy to live with. It is a great choice for busy homes, family spaces, and rooms that get used every day. It feels comfortable, looks smart, and is built to last.

The Symphony range comes in eight brand new colours. These shades have been chosen to suit modern homes and everyday life. From lighter tones that help brighten a room, to deeper colours that add warmth and character, there is something for everyone.

To make things even easier, the Symphony range includes free underlay and fitting. That means no hidden extras and no complicated decisions. Just a simple, good value option from start to finish.

A very busy time of year

This time of year is always our busiest. As Christmas gets closer, lots of people want to get jobs finished, rooms refreshed, and homes ready for family visits. We are out and about every day doing home visits, measuring up, and fitting carpets.

We are incredibly thankful for the support we receive from the local community. Many of our customers come to us through recommendations, and that means more to us than anything. It keeps us busy, it keeps us motivated, and it reminds us why we love what we do.

At the moment, getting around is taking a bit longer than usual. The works at Gallows Corner have made traffic heavier, and journeys that were once quick are now taking much more time. This means some home visits and fittings are running longer than planned.

We are doing our best to manage this and keep everyone informed. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through a very busy period under slightly tougher conditions than normal.

Why we do what we do

We know that choosing new flooring is a big decision. It is something you live with every day. That is why we take our time to get things right, from the first visit through to the final fit.

The Symphony range fits perfectly with this approach. It is practical, comfortable, and great value. It is the sort of carpet we would happily recommend to friends and family, and that matters to us.

Seeing customers happy with the finished result is the best part of the job. A fresh carpet can completely change how a room feels, and it is always nice to see that moment when everything comes together.

Looking back on a great year

As the year starts to come to an end, we want to take a moment to say thank you. It has been a really good year for us. We have worked in so many local homes, met lots of new people, and continued to support customers who have been with us for years.

We are grateful to everyone who has chosen us, recommended us, and supported us throughout the year. Your trust means everything.

We are now looking forward to the Christmas break. It will be a chance to rest, spend time with family, and get ready for the year ahead. We are excited about what is coming next and cannot wait to get back to it in the new year.
